This is a natural raw Skeletal Petroleum Inclusion Quartz from Baluchistan, Pakistan.

This Petroleum Diamond Quartz is semi double terminated with some etched surfaces and raw rough areas, and it has skeletal formation along its body. It is translucent to mostly clear with some beautiful yellow and golden Petroleum inclusions, and it fluorescent under the black light in both long wave and short wave. There is a tiny stationary still enhydro bubble within one of the inner chamber, magnification may be needed to see it clearly. It has some minor small chips, nicks, ding, and raw spots along the edges.
