Payment:
This shop accepts all major Credit Cards, PayPal, and digital wallets via Apple Pay or Android Pay. All payments are processed safely through secured server powered by Stripe or PayPal.
Domestic Shipping within the United States:
All domestic orders shipping within the United States over $50 (before tax and after any other applicable discounts) are eligible to ship for free. No code necessary, just choose the Free Shipping option at checkout. All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail service with tracking provided. Your order will usually be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, not including Sunday, any Holidays, or when the Post Office is closed.
International Shipping:
International shipping are available to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea, and Switzerland. Please be aware of any custom or import taxes that you may be responsible for in accordance with your country's laws. For other international shipment, please contact me for an accurate international postage quote.
Sales Tax:
For New York State residents only, sales tax will automatically be calculated based on the destination local county and applied at checkout to any order that will be shipped within the New York State. (The tax applies to subtotal plus shipping.)
Cancellation:
You can request a cancellation of your order before it has shipped.
Return and Refund:
You can return your Crystal(s) for refund if you are not satisfied with it or for any reason. Please notify me within 7 days upon receiving your order, and ship it back within 7 days of delivery. The full refund (less original shipping if applicable) would be issued back to you within 48 hours upon receiving the returned order safely.
- Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the Crystal(s) is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Privacy:
Your personal information will only be used to communicate with you about your order, and to fulfill your order. It will never be shared.

- No, registration is not required. You can proceed with the checkout without an account, all order confirmation and shipping notification will be sent to your email address provided at the checkout.
- After completing your purchase, you would have an option to create an account using the email you've entered at checkout, simply click the "Create Account" button and then set a password on the following page.
- Once you've log in to this site, you can view your previous orders and saved information, and your shipping information will be entered automatically during checkout the next time you make another purchase here.
- You can also create new account as well by clicking "Log In," then set a password on the following page.
- Please note that all prior member accounts and information before July 15, 2019 are no longer valid or accessible. Please create a new account if you want to view your recent order history and saved shipping information.
