This is a rare natural polished Gilalite Inclusion Quartz also known as Medusa Quartz or Paraiba Quartz from Brazil.

This Polished Brazilian Medusa Quartz is translucent to clear with some rare Gilalite inclusions within and several of them have tiny spherical formation, they are visible, but magnification may be need to see them clearly. There are a few orange brown raw minerals and other minerals inclusions intermixed together with it. It has a few internal fractures, some light glowing refraction, and internal veils. It is smooth all around with a few natural raw rough spots.
